About Small Scale Living

---

When looking at the tiny home industry, the options were split down the middle. On one side, you had ultra-luxury builds with eye-watering price tags that defeated the whole purpose of affordable living. On the other side, the budget-friendly options felt cheap, cramped, and lacked any sense of craftsmanship.

We believed people shouldn't have to choose between financial freedom and a beautiful, high-quality home.

That is exactly why Small Scale Living was born.

We set out with a clear, uncompromising mission: to engineer tiny homes that deliver that high-end, luxury feel, gorgeous finishes, smart storage, and rock-solid residential construction while keeping them genuinely affordable for everyday folks.

But for us, this isn't just about building houses. It’s about building up our community. We know that stable, affordable housing changes lives, anchors families, and opens doors to a brighter future. Every hammer we swing and every floor plan we design is aimed at making the dream of homeownership accessible to more people right here in our community.
